Mr. Joe Smith doesn't suit this job because he doesn't have the required qualifications.I will not hire him as his experience is in Administrative Management and Computer Operations.Of course it is good that he is industrious,enthusiastic,positive but the professional coalification are more important.I don't think,there is any need to meet for further discussion.
